I write on behalf of all the family to thank you enormously for conducting the service for Mum on Friday with such empathy and professionalism. We knew from the start we were in the best hands and you made a difficult day much more bearable. We particularly appreciated the lovely words and sentiments that you added at the end about taking Mum’s example forward. Many people commented afterwards on this and the rest of the service. We all feel pleased that Mum had a good send off and you played a major part in this.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful service, it was just what Dad wanted. We had nothing but kind words and compliments on how lovely your words were. It was amazing how you managed to turn my Uncle's ramblings into the beautiful piece.

You set a beautiful tone which was exactly what we wanted to celebrate Dad's life. You have an extraordinary job, which you do so very well.

I have just looked at the webcam recording of Carol’s funeral service and I want to say again thank you for the Address you prepared and presented. It was very reflective of her life and character and was recognised as such by us all. I was quite impressed with how you put a tribute together from all our mutterings.

I also thought at the conclusion you summarised sympathetically the impact Carol had on all who knew and loved her. Well done.

The cuddle I gave you after the service, said it all, it went beautifully. It couldn't have gone any better, it was exactly what we wanted. Bang up job!
